Jake is one of the kindergarteners at Third Street School. In the episode "Wild Child" he was Vince's partner for Pee Wee Pals. Apparently, before Vince was his partner he was the opposite of athletic but then Vince made him athletic. He is good at Kickball.
Jake seems to be the quietest of the kindergarteners and his only lines are "Shoot the blimp! Shoot the blimp!"
